Spirituality means to me, the process of waking up to our awareness. I believe that the purpose of meditation is so that we can be aware of our 'being'. I use meditation and mindfulness techniques
I am always aware of and in touch with the vastness that is enlightened consciousness and I knowthat this healing energy will be in the room between us. It is in this way that I believe people can then feel what it is like to be truly in touch with their emotions and their own inner experience.
