ABOUT ME.I have trained in Transactional Analysis, and before this I trained and worked as a Social Worker in Child Protection and  Adoption, Family Therapy, Counsellor, Addictions Manager, Reflexologist. Masseur and Aromatherapist. An important aspect of my self development and personal work, has been the esoteric training and experience I  have undertaken over the past 12 yrs. (see www.Cosmicairport.com) Because of this deep personal work,and my training, I believe it is possible for me to work with a wide range of issues, such as: addiction, anger, self esteem, loneliness and lack of confidence,relationship issues, sexual problems, sexual abuse, depression and stress. I have first hand experience of 12 step recovery and am keen to work with people in a way that honours this  powerful healing process. I am using the inner child techniques of John Bradshaw and am exploring working with sub-personalities.  I am now embarking on a new training in Psychoveda, a mixture of psychotherapy and Ayurveda where there is emphasis on energetic work, the relationship with the body and an emphasis on self care and autonomy.

I am interested in creating a space where you can simply explore the meanings in your life.

My own journey and change began over 25 yrs ago in my recovery from addiction. I have worked continually during this time to understand my own impulses and compulsions and to translate this understanding into  the changes and growth that have enables me to know myself fully.
